• 最少出團人數 4 人，未達人數將於出發前 3 天通知取消。

– Minimum group size is 4. Cancellations will be notified 3 days before departure.

• 因天氣、交通等不可抗力造成景點取消時，請主動聯絡客服辦理部份退款。

– If attractions are cancelled due to force majeure (weather/traffic), contact customer service for a partial refund.

• 颱風或暴風雪等惡劣天氣，將於出發前 1 天當地時間 17:00 決定是否取消，並以電郵通知。

– In severe weather (typhoon/blizzard), cancellation decisions are made at 17:00 local time the day before; you'll be notified by email.

• 請於集合時間前至少 10 分鐘抵達。遲到 5 分鐘以上視為自願放棄，恕不退款。

– Arrive at least 10 minutes early. Being 5+ minutes late may be treated as voluntary cancellation — no refund.

• 易暈車的旅客請自備暈車藥及飲用水。

– Passengers prone to motion sickness should bring their own medication and water.

• 行李空間有限，請攜帶輕便行李（軟包為佳，不超過 7 公斤）。

– Luggage space is limited; soft-sided bags not exceeding 7 kg are recommended.

• 建議攜帶：墨鏡、遮陽帽、防曬霜、雨具、相機、保暖外套、舒適步行鞋。

– Recommended: sunglasses, sun hat, sunscreen, rain gear, camera, warm jacket, comfortable walking shoes.

• 行程前後順序會因天氣調整，主要景點不變。

– The order of stops may be adjusted for weather; main attractions remain unchanged.

• 請妥善保管隨身財物，本公司不負保管及協尋責任。

– Keep personal belongings secure. The company is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

• 團費不包含國際旅客旅遊保險，旅客須自行投保。

– International travelers must purchase their own travel insurance; it is not included in the tour price.

購買須知 Booking Policies

◆ 集合時間與地點 Meeting Time & Place

遊客務必在行程出發前準時到達集合地點。遲到 5 分鐘以上可能被視為自願放棄預訂，不獲退款。

Travelers must arrive at the meeting point on time. Being more than 5 minutes late may be treated as voluntary cancellation — no refund.

◆ 旅遊保險 Travel Insurance

國際旅客必須在預訂旅行之前自行購買旅遊保險，以確保旅程中的意外保障。

International travelers are required to purchase travel insurance before booking to ensure coverage during the trip.

◆ 行程調整 Itinerary Adjustments

YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd 有權根據交通、天氣、航班及其他情況調整行程。不可抗力因素下，公司有權取消行程且可能無法退款。

YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust the itinerary. In force majeure events, the company may cancel trips without providing refunds.

◆ 個人因素額外費用 Personal Factor Costs

因團友個人突發情況（如深夜急診等）所產生的額外費用，需由旅客自行承擔，本公司可能無法提供退款。

Additional costs arising from personal emergencies (e.g., overnight medical treatment) must be borne by the traveler; refunds may not be possible.

◆ 行程取消與退款 Cancellation & Refund

如行程因人數不足取消，YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd 將於出發前一周通知，並作全額退費。

If a tour is cancelled due to insufficient numbers, YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd will notify guests one week before departure and issue a full refund.

◆ 正確個人資料 Accurate Personal Information

預訂時提供的個人資料必須正確。錯誤或不完整的資料可能導致訂單取消且不獲退款。

Personal information provided at booking must be accurate. Incorrect or incomplete data may result in order cancellation without refund.

◆ 付款時間 Payment Timing

YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd 必須在收到相關款項後才開始預訂。請儘快安排付款，以確保成功預訂。

Bookings only begin after payment is received. Please arrange payment promptly to secure your spot.

◆ 爭議解決 Dispute Resolution

如有任何爭議，本公司保留最終決定權。

In case of any dispute, YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision.

行程中的旅遊景點順序將根據當地情況進行調整，但主要景點內容保持不變。

特殊飲食要求：遊客需要在出發前至少提前48小時通知YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd任何特殊的飲食要求。出發後選擇有限，如果在出發前沒有提前通知，可能無法滿足特殊的飲食需求。

旅行保險：國際旅客必須購買旅行保險，並在預訂旅行之前購買旅遊保險。這是為了確保旅客在旅程中遇到任何意外情況時得到適當的保障和協助。

行程調整：YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd有權根據交通、天氣、客人航班及其他情況調整行程安排。確保行程的順利進行，同時保障遊客的安全和舒適。在不可抗力因素下，如天災人禍等情況，YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd有權取消行程並保留拼團的權利，並可能無法提供其他退款。

團友個人因素導致額外費用：如果在旅遊開始途中遇到團友個人因素，例如突發情況需要導遊或工作人員提供額外服務，相關費用可能需要遊客自行支付。包括半夜急診等情況，YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd可能無法提供退款服務。

旺季/週末假期/學生假期團位及住宿容易客滿：在旺季或特定假期，團位和住宿可能會比較搶手，如果遇到酒店客滿情況，YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd可能需要調整住宿安排，提供替代酒店或升等房型。遊客可以選擇接受調整或退費，但一旦出票後則無法異動行程。

健康和個人用品：旅行中，遊客需要注意補充水分、防曬和保暖，攜帶個人藥品、換洗衣物和用品。行李最好以軟包為主，且不超過7公斤為原則。建議攜帶墨鏡、遮陽帽、防曬霜、雨具、相機、防寒外套、飲用水、穿著舒適的步行鞋和衣褲，以確保旅程的舒適和安全。

不可抗拒的因素：如果因個人原因、罷工、政治因素、戰爭、災難、天氣或其他不可抗拒的因素導致額外費用，本公司將不承擔任何責任。這些因素可能會對旅程造成變動，遊客需要理解並自行承擔相應的費用。

旅行計畫變動：本公司保留更改旅行計畫的權利，例如行程中可能因車輛故障或其他因素而導致行程變動。此外，任何私人物品的遺失或損壞、人員傷亡以及協力廠商的協定受損，本公司也不承擔任何責任。
