第1天
- 09:00You are picked up from your hotel lobby by your guide.
- 09:15Begin your adventure with a 5km bicycle transfer to Thanh Dong village. On the way, immerse yourself in the rustic beauty of the peaceful countryside, passing stunning landscapes like green water coconut forests, prawn farms, and vast rice fields.
- 09:45Arrive at Madame Vân_Food & Drinks and be welcomed with a special herb Lemon Tea with Butterfly Pea Flower, freshly picked from the garden.
- 10:00Join the host for a garden tour. You'll be introduced to various herbs and learn about their fascinating circular process and clean agriculture farming methods.
- 10:30Dive into the Farm Composting workshop. Visit the composting facility, understand the biowaste situation, and get hands-on instruction on how to build a compost pile using diverse local plants and organic matter.
- 11:30Enjoy a short, hands-on cooking class where you will learn to make the famous "Banh Xeo" (local pancake).
- 12:00Sit down for a delicious, 5-star Vietnamese family-style lunch, savoring the "Banh Xeo" you just made along with other local dishes.
- 13:30Relax as you are transferred back to your hotel by a comfortable electric car, concluding your eco-tour.

- 退款手續費：請注意，在所有旅遊行程取消和退款的情況下，客戶支付的初始交易手續費（銀行手續費、支付網關手續費，例如 Stripe/PayPal）均不予退還。退款金額為已支付總額減去這些不可退還的手續費。
- 未到場政策：如果您未在預定出發時間後15分鐘內到達指定接送地點，且未事先通知，則視為「未到場」。未到場的情況將視為72小時內取消行程，且不予退款。
- 兒童監護與責任：家長或監護人須全程直接且持續地監護其子女。我們不提供臨時保母服務。為確保團隊的整體體驗，若兒童的行為嚴重影響團隊的安全或體驗，我們的導遊有權發出提醒（在嚴重情況下，導遊甚至有權拒絕繼續為該兒童提供服務）。
- 兒童用品：旅遊價格不含兒童專用用品，例如：兒童安全座椅、嬰兒車或嬰兒特餐/菜單。客人需自行準備所有必要的個人物品，以確保兒童的舒適。

Please note that gratuities (tips) for your tour guide and driver are not included in the tour price. Tipping is not mandatory but is highly appreciated if you are satisfied with the service provided.
Pickup/Drop-off Surcharge
The tour price includes complimentary pickup and drop-off for hotels located within the main Hoi An area.
Surcharge for Specific Resorts: A surcharge of 500,000 VND for a two-way transfer (including a guide) will be applied for guests staying at the following locations:

Wyndham Hoi An Royal Beachfront Resort
Payment: Please pay this surcharge directly to our driver or tour guide.
Alternative: Guests staying at these specific resorts may choose to arrange their own transportation to our meeting point in Hoi An. Please contact us via WhatsApp or hotline at +84 916976731 for meeting point details.
注意事項
最少出團人數 2 人，當參加人數未達上述規定的最少成團人數時，將取消旅遊行程，於出發日前 1 天發出取消旅遊的 Email 通知。
因交通、天氣等不可抗力因素所引起的時間延誤，造成部份行程景點取消時，請您主動聯絡客服，我們將會為您辦理部份退款。
請務必於 15 分鐘前抵達指定地點，為避免耽誤之後行程，逾時不候。
You are considered a “no-show” if you do not appear at the pick-up point within 15 minutes of the scheduled departure time without prior notice. No-shows will be considered a cancellation within 72 hours and no refund will be given.
