Please note that you may not be able to see the snow-covered scenery depending on weather conditions. Snow accumulation varies by season.
The ground can be slippery, so please ensure you wear non-slip footwear [shoes with deep treads or anti-slip, waterproof winter boots]. This tour involves outdoor walking at night. Temperatures can drop below freezing at night, so please bring cold-weather gear [warm clothing, coats, disposable body warmers, gloves, hats, earmuffs, etc.].
As some snowy paths are dark at night, we recommend bringing a flashlight. For rainy days, we suggest bringing a raincoat or poncho.
Please be mindful of others when using tripods or taking photos and videos, and maintain proper etiquette. The use of drones is prohibited.
The Amanohashidate View Land lift or monorail may be suspended due to weather or maintenance. In the event of suspension, we will provide an alternative or a souvenir equivalent to the group fare. Details will be provided by the tour conductor on the day.
The travel fee for infants is 5,000 yen. This includes a bus seat and the Amanohashidate lift or monorail ticket, but does not include lunch.
If you are participating in an odd-numbered group, you will be seated with other passengers, and you may be seated next to someone of the opposite gender.
Delays or non-participation due to public transport delays, etc., are subject to cancellation fees. The tour will depart at the time stated on your voucher.
Changes to meals due to food allergies or religious reasons will incur a fee of 1,500 yen per meal, plus any actual costs for price differences. Please notify us at least 14 days before the departure date. Please consult with us for requests made after this period.
The order of the itinerary may be changed; in such cases, the tour conductor will provide instructions on the day.
