如果乘客不遵守兒童和孕婦的規定，公車公司有權拒絕服務。

Luggage
In case passengers carry luggage that is not in accordance with the regulations (larger, bulkier) or carry second luggage, the garage will surcharge 75,000 VND / luggage.

Children over 5 years old - Counted as Adult
Children under 5 years old are subject to a child surcharge if they share the same seat with their parents.
The car's destination does not stop at an exact address: the driver will drop you off at the center, where you can take a taxi or walk to the destination
If the limousine/bus is unable to depart due to a lack of passengers, you will be contacted again to change the departure time to a different time frame
