最少出團人數 25 人，當參加人數未達上述規定的最少成團人數時，將取消旅遊行程，於出發日前 14 天發出取消旅遊的 Email 通知。

請務必於 15 分鐘前抵達指定地點，為避免耽誤之後行程，逾時不候。

This plan is based on information available as of February 1, 2026. Please note that due to requests from the national and local governments, the festival may be unavoidably canceled or its content changed.

While there is a possibility of cancellation in case of severe weather, the event will generally proceed rain or shine. If you cancel due to rain, the usual cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be given if the festival is cancelled after the tour has departed.

The location and type of seating in the viewing area will be determined by the organizers and allocated to each company, so we cannot inform you of this until just before the tour.

After watching the festival, we will travel to the hotel by bus, so please be aware that there may be significant delays depending on traffic conditions on the day (scheduled arrival time: 23:30).

On the first day of the itinerary, depending on the Shinkansen schedule for the outbound journey and in accordance with bus operating regulations, we may provide up to two hours of free time at Morioka Station before you transfer to the tour bus.

As the summer festival period is the busiest time of year, we are unable to accommodate any requests regarding room type (guarantee of Japanese-style room, Western-style room, or Japanese-Western style room; guarantee of a view; guarantee of non-smoking or smoking room).

For bookings of 3 or more people per room, extra beds may be provided, or the guests may be split into two rooms.
