This is a private tour. Only your group will participate.
You can customize it as you like. If you have any requests please let us know in advance.
If you want to change your schedule even on the tour day, your guide is always happy to help you.
You can skip the spot where you don't go (※in this case we do not refund any fees) or change it with another place.
If you add some new spots by your request, please pay the ticket fee on the spot. (Note that you may need to pay extra transportation fee)
Transportation in Naoshima might be bus if the rental bicycle is unreservable during crowded periods.

・This tour utilizes public transportation. Please be aware that seats are not reserved.
・Please ensure you arrive promptly at the designated meeting time.
・Please be aware that weekends, holidays, and event days may experience high levels of congestion.
・The schedule may be subject to sudden changes or shorter visit durations due to reasons such as traffic congestion.
・Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).
・In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
・Please personally take responsibility for your valuables.

取消政策
- 所選日期 11 天（含）之前取消，未使用可免費取消
- 所選日期 8 ~ 10 天之間取消，收取手續費 20%
- 所選日期 2 ~ 7 天之間取消，收取手續費 30%
- 所選日期 1 ~ 1 天之間取消，收取手續費 40%
- 所選日期 0 ~ 0 天之間取消，不可取消、更改訂單，亦不得請求退款
- 由於站內商品來自全球各地，訂單取消時間將依該供應商所在時區判定。供應商需 2-5 個工作天進行取消流程，依照您購買的商品取消政策收取手續費，並於取消流程完成後14 個工作天內退款。
