In this Peranakan Beading Workshop in Katong and Joo Chiat, visit Rumah Bebe, famous for its Peranakan beading and embroidery.

Spend part of your day in one of the Singapore-designated Heritage Town’s famous shophouses and discover a new hobby with this workshop experience.

In this experience, you will learn beading and embroidery techniques and methods required to make your very own embroidered clothing items. Marvel at the intricate designs of the traditional sarong kebaya garb and beaded shoes and take instruction on how to make your own decorated clothing.

After seeing how they’re made, with the guidance of an instructor, make your own beaded artwork!
