Keep changing pick up time making it very confusing, last min change making it hard to keep track with the latest pick up time, anxious drivers who kept cutting lanes and pressing horn to ask other drivers to clear the way,

早上司機準時到達，但十分後悔購買了這次行程。付費了四百多元港幣其實相對於可以在當地乘搭一樣路程兩次 GRAB car. 回程的時候明明經過我的酒店距離500米門口，但司機卻決定先橫跨金龍橋放下其他乘客，結果用多了20-30分鐘才再橫跨金龍橋到達我的酒店…. 最後都冇浸到泥漿浴，司機已經問我哋可唔可以早啲走⋯⋯ 我俾咗1200多港元入場都未玩曬就要離開…. 請你們不要選擇這個行程，完全浪費金錢。 please don’t take this package of your choice in Da Nang.

The guide is very friendly and nice. He sing and chat with all of us along the journey to BaNa hills. Actually I was told to meet up at gather point from 8:00AM - 8:10AM, as the gather point is very far from my place, I was informed the contact person (Lyn) earlier that I am gonna be there at 8:05AM. But Lyn was keep on chasing me to reach there earlier due to the guide was arrived earlier than usual. My thought is, since I'd informed what time will be arrived and I will not be late than 8:10am, it is not fair to chasing me again and again. I would like to suggest, please provide a few gather points for us to select. Because after I go into the mini van, I find out they are picking up the passenger one by one in different hotel (one of that is next to my hotel), if can select the pick up point, I no need to rush along the way (17mins by walking) from my hotel to Ante Cafe.

The driver didn't show up on time. Unable to contact the help of the application. Too late, I'm going to call a taxi into town instead.
