軍艦島クルーズへ、熊本フェリー（熊本⇒島原、約30分）に乗船、完全な「なぎ」で、船内もきれいで、とても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。また利用したいです。

太方便了，可提前規劃行程，會推薦给家人和朋友。

カウンターでQRコードを見せれば簡単にチケットは引き換えできますが、時間指定は出来ず、列に並ぶ必要があります。私の時は平日の夜でしたが、30分毎に複数の船が出ていました。ビルのプロジェクションマッピングを間近で見られて大迫力でした！

There was some issue with the timing on the tickets but CS managed to help sort out the issue and we were able to go according to plan.

Took the Bintan Resort Ferry from Tanah Merah to Bandar Bentan Telani and back — overall a smooth and convenient journey. Boarding at Tanah Merah was straightforward, with clear signage and efficient staff. The ferry departed and arrived on time both ways. Seating was free and first-come, first-served in the economy class cabin, which was clean and air-conditioned. The ride itself was calm and lasted around an hour. My kids enjoyed watching the waves from the windows. Onboard snacks were available at a small counter, though choices were limited. Luggage was tagged and stored by staff during boarding, making the process hassle-free. On arrival in Bintan, immigration was relatively quick, and hotel transfers were easy to locate.

KK Day 沒有在預訂須知內提醒大家重要的登船手續：就是如果要乘搭汽車渡輪，在取票時必須出示有效的車輛檢測證，這個檢測證原來是放在前座乘客位前面那個收納箱內，夾附在那本厚厚的車輛手冊中，由於我是使用租車，租車公司並沒有告訴我他們把車輛檢測證放在車輛手册內，所以在取車時船公司職員需花費很多時間去確認我駕駛的車輛是允許上船的，他們甚至差點不准我登船！幸好最後都確認成功，但整體的取票經歷真的令我感到不太愉快!

enjoyed the experience, though I believe I will opt for an private room for the overnight trip just in case the communal rooms are full (I was blessed to have a half filled room)

準時開船，準時到達，沒有延誤。這樣能讓旅客準確地計劃行程。座位舒適，最方便船上有洗手間，還有嘔吐袋供應。

很不錯，非常方便，直接在碼頭取票就行。機車行不是靠碼頭最近的，但也非常近了。

服務不錯，船也舒適不會晃，但是冷氣開很強
