The Daikumachi district, where the tour takes place, is a 20-minute walk from JR Mito Station, so I recommend using a local bus or taxi. The tour takes place during the Plum Blossom Festival at Kairakuen Garden, with a nighttime light-up, making it a memorable evening in Japan!
