We had an excellent airport transfer experience. The driver arrived about 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled pickup time as we had managed to clear customs earlier. He also went above and beyond by helping us with our luggage and personally walking us all the way to our Airbnb accommodation to ensure we arrived safely and found the correct location. His kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist made our arrival smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate the outstanding service and would highly recommend this driver to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused airport transfer. 前一天就有聯絡,到了機場尋找司機後,就一路舒適的抵達飯店 司機人很幽默也很好,幫忙協助搬運行李,讓家人都可以舒適的抵達飯店 下次還是會使用機場接送,非常不錯的經驗

We landed at ard 9.30pm, informed the driver and he mentioned to let him know once we collected our luggage. My kid was throwing a tantrum so I wasnt looking at my phone until we cleared the custom at 10.20pm when I saw a msg(and two miss call) saying that he is only supposed to wait for us till 10.30pm (cos according to him our plane landed at 9pm.) I panic and replied tt we r collecting our luggage rushed out and got onto the transport. All was well after that. On hindsight shd have just constantly updated him on our whereabouts.
