Continue to the cellar, where we'll show you both the machinery used and all the processing steps that turn grapes into wine.
At the end of the visit, relax in the refreshment area for a guided tasting: you'll taste 3 glasses selected from our labels, combined with a delicious trio of Salento aperitifs prepared with local zero-KM products. Guests under 18 can enjoy a soft drink.
