Discover the majesty of the Salt Pans of Trapani and Paceco, still used today for the natural extraction of salt, according to methods and traditions that have been handed down for centuries. The salt pans are populated by numerous species of protected animals, including flamingos, which we can often admire and photograph. During the tour, we will make a first stop at the Maria Stella mill and then head to the salt works of Nubia, which includes a visit to the Salt Museum, where you will learn about the techniques still used today for salt extraction.
