Continuing along the evocative "Via dei Fenicotteri", we will look for pink flamingos, egrets and other species that inhabit the salt pans, with time dedicated to photography and birdwatching. The next stop will be the Salt Museum, housed in a restored old mill. Here you will discover the traditional tools, the workings of the wheels and canals, and the entire sea salt production cycle, from the filling of the pans to the final harvest.
