■ Important Notes Before Purchase 

• This is a foreign-visitor-only special ticket product; Korean nationals are not eligible to purchase or use it. (This performance is open to attendees aged 8 and older (as of the performance date)).

• A valid photo ID (passport or Alien Registration Card) is required on the day of the event to verify the reservation holder's identity. 

• Tickets and entry wristbands must be collected in person by the reservation holder; collection by proxy is not permitted. If you are attending with companions, everyone must be present together at check-in. 

• Purchased tickets are valid only for the reserved performance date. 

• SEP 4 PASS: Valid on September 4, 2026 only / SEP 5 PASS: Valid on September 5, 2026 only 

• Cancellations and refunds are subject to the policy below. 

• Jul 31 ~ Aug 10: Up to 30% of total purchased tickets may be cancelled(or refunded) / Aug 11 ~ Aug 21: Refund issued after deducting 50% of the cancellation amount / Aug 22 ~ Sep 5: No cancellations, changes, or refunds 

• The show starts at 7:30 PM. Heavy on-site congestion is expected, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare. 

• Standing-ticket holders who arrive after their designated entry time will forfeit their entry order and be placed at the end of the queue for that zone. Movement between standing zones is not permitted. 

• The performance will proceed rain or shine; on-site operations are subject to the organizer's policies. 

• The artist lineup and detailed schedule are subject to change due to unavoidable circumstances on the organizer's part. 

• Depending on venue layout, stage design, sound equipment, and artist positioning, view may be partially obstructed for some areas; seat changes or refunds will not be issued for this reason.

[ Cancellation & Refund Policy] 

1. Within the purchase period : Period - Jul 31 ~ Aug 10 / Up to 30% of total purchased tickets may be cancelled/refunded / Example: if 100 tickets are purchased, up to 30 may be cancelled 

2. Up to 14 days before the event : Period - Aug 11 ~ Aug 21 / Refund issued after deducting 50% of the cancellation amount 

3. From 13 days before the event onward : Period - Aug 22 ~ Sep 5 / No cancellations, changes, or refunds

• 본 상품은 '외국인 전용 특별 티켓 상품'으로, 대한민국 국적자는 이용할 수 없습니다.(본 공연은 '공연일 기준 만 8세 이상' 관람 가능합니다.)

• 공연 당일 예약자 본인 확인을 위해 '여권 또는 외국인등록증 등 유효한 신분증를 반드시 지참'해 주세요.

• 티켓 및 입장 손목밴드는 '예약자 본인이 직접 수령'해야 하며 대리 수령은 불가합니다. 동반자가 있는 경우 반드시 함께 방문해 주세요.

• 구매한 티켓은 '예약한 공연일에만 이용 가능'합니다. >> SEP 4 PASS: 2026년 9월 4일만 이용 가능 / SEP 5 PASS: 2026년 9월 5일만 이용 가능

• 취소 및 환불은 아래 규정에 따라 적용됩니다. >> 7월 31일~8월 10일: 전체 구매 티켓의 최대 30%까지 취소·환불 가능 / 8월 11일~8월 21일: 취소 금액의 50% 공제 후 잔액 환불 /  8월 22일~9월 5일: 취소·변경·환불 불가

• 공연 시작 시간은 '오후 7시 30분'입니다. 공연 당일 현장 혼잡이 예상되므로 충분한 여유를 두고 도착해 주세요.

• 스탠딩 티켓은 지정된 입장 순서가 지난 후 도착할 경우 '기존 입장 순번이 무효 처리되며 해당 구역의 마지막 순서로 입장'할 수 있습니다. 스탠딩 구역 간 이동은 불가합니다.

• 공연은 '우천 시에도 정상 진행'되며, 현장 운영은 주최 측 방침에 따릅니다.

• 출연 아티스트 및 세부 공연 일정은 주최 측 사정 등 불가피한 사유로 변경될 수 있습니다.

• 공연장 구조, 무대장치, 음향시설 및 아티스트 위치 등에 따라 일부 시야가 제한될 수 있으며, '이로 인한 좌석 변경 및 환불은 불가'합니다.

[취소 및 환불 규정]

1. 결제 기간 내 : 기간 - 7월 31일 ~ 8월 10일 /  구매한 전체 티켓의 최대 30%까지 취소 및 환불 가능 /  예: 100매 구매 시 최대 30매까지 취소 가능

2. 공연 14일 전까지 : 기간 - 8월 11일 ~ 8월 21일 / - 취소 금액의 50%를 공제한 후 나머지 금액 환불  

3. 공연 13일 전부터 : 기간 - 8월 22일 ~ 9월 5일 / - 취소, 변경 및 환불 불가
