Next it's time to visit the Papal Palace for a guided tour (entrance ticket included). Explore the largest gothic-style palace in Europe and begin to imagine the luxurious way of life enjoyed there in the medieval period. Enjoy interesting stories and anecdotes from your local guide as you go.

The end of your walking tour in Avignon will be toasted with a glass of Côtes du Rhône wine served in a local place.

Free time for lunch on your own in Avignon.

Meet again your tour guide at 2.00 pm in front of Avignon's Tourism Office and Begin the afternoon at Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. Your guide will take you on a short walk through the town center, highlighting its most charming features.

Next, you'll head to Les Baux-de-Provence, a picturesque village perched 245 meters above the valley. Stroll through its historic pedestrian streets, visit the Santon Museum, explore the Hôtel des Porcelets (a beautiful 16th-century house), and admire the Romanesque St. Vincent Church. Your local guide will share fascinating insights about the village and the surrounding Provence region.

The final stop is the iconic Pont du Gard, an exceptional Roman aqueduct dating back to the first century and recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
