• 最少出团人数 4 人，未达人数将于出发前 3 天通知取消。

– Minimum group size is 4. Cancellations will be notified 3 days before departure.

• 因天气、交通等不可抗力造成景点取消时，请主动联络客服办理部份退款。

– If attractions are cancelled due to force majeure (weather/traffic), contact customer service for a partial refund.

• 台风或暴风雪等恶劣天气，将于出发前 1 天当地时间 17:00 决定是否取消，并以电邮通知。

– In severe weather (typhoon/blizzard), cancellation decisions are made at 17:00 local time the day before; you'll be notified by email.

• 请于集合时间前至少 10 分钟抵达。迟到 5 分钟以上视为自愿放弃，恕不退款。

– Arrive at least 10 minutes early. Being 5+ minutes late may be treated as voluntary cancellation — no refund.

• 易晕车的旅客请自备晕车药及饮用水。

– Passengers prone to motion sickness should bring their own medication and water.

• 行李空间有限，请携带轻便行李（软包为佳，不超过 7 公斤）。

– Luggage space is limited; soft-sided bags not exceeding 7 kg are recommended.

• 建议携带：墨镜、遮阳帽、防晒霜、雨具、相机、保暖外套、舒适步行鞋。

– Recommended: sunglasses, sun hat, sunscreen, rain gear, camera, warm jacket, comfortable walking shoes.

• 行程前后顺序会因天气调整，主要景点不变。

– The order of stops may be adjusted for weather; main attractions remain unchanged.

• 请妥善保管随身财物，本公司不负保管及协寻责任。

– Keep personal belongings secure. The company is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

• 团费不包含国际旅客旅游保险，旅客须自行投保。

– International travelers must purchase their own travel insurance; it is not included in the tour price.

购买须知 Booking Policies

◆ 集合时间与地点 Meeting Time & Place

游客务必在行程出发前准时到达集合地点。迟到 5 分钟以上可能被视为自愿放弃预订，不获退款。

Travelers must arrive at the meeting point on time. Being more than 5 minutes late may be treated as voluntary cancellation — no refund.

◆ 旅游保险 Travel Insurance

国际旅客必须在预订旅行之前自行购买旅游保险，以确保旅程中的意外保障。

International travelers are required to purchase travel insurance before booking to ensure coverage during the trip.

◆ 行程调整 Itinerary Adjustments

YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd 有权根据交通、天气、航班及其他情况调整行程。不可抗力因素下，公司有权取消行程且可能无法退款。

YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust the itinerary. In force majeure events, the company may cancel trips without providing refunds.

◆ 个人因素额外费用 Personal Factor Costs

因团友个人突发情况（如深夜急诊等）所产生的额外费用，需由旅客自行承担，本公司可能无法提供退款。

Additional costs arising from personal emergencies (e.g., overnight medical treatment) must be borne by the traveler; refunds may not be possible.

◆ 行程取消与退款 Cancellation & Refund

如行程因人数不足取消，YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd 将于出发前一周通知，并作全额退费。

If a tour is cancelled due to insufficient numbers, YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd will notify guests one week before departure and issue a full refund.

◆ 正确个人资料 Accurate Personal Information

预订时提供的个人资料必须正确。错误或不完整的资料可能导致订单取消且不获退款。

Personal information provided at booking must be accurate. Incorrect or incomplete data may result in order cancellation without refund.

◆ 付款时间 Payment Timing

YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd 必须在收到相关款项后才开始预订。请尽快安排付款，以确保成功预订。

Bookings only begin after payment is received. Please arrange payment promptly to secure your spot.

◆ 争议解决 Dispute Resolution

如有任何争议，本公司保留最终决定权。

In case of any dispute, YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision.

特殊饮食要求：游客需要在出发前至少提前48小时通知YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd任何特殊的饮食要求。出发后选择有限，如果在出发前没有提前通知，可能无法满足特殊的饮食需求。

旅行保险：国际旅客必须购买旅行保险，并在预订旅行之前购买旅游保险。这是为了确保旅客在旅程中遇到任何意外情况时得到适当的保障和协助。

行程调整：YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd有权根据交通、天气、客人航班及其他情况调整行程安排。确保行程的顺利进行，同时保障游客的安全和舒适。在不可抗力因素下，如天灾人祸等情况，YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd有权取消行程并保留拼团的权利，并可能无法提供其他退款。

团友个人因素导致额外费用：如果在旅游开始途中遇到团友个人因素，例如突发情况需要导游或工作人员提供额外服务，相关费用可能需要游客自行支付。包括半夜急诊等情况，YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd可能无法提供退款服务。

旺季/周末假期/学生假期团位及住宿容易客满：在旺季或特定假期，团位和住宿可能会比较抢手，如果遇到酒店客满情况，YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd可能需要调整住宿安排，提供替代酒店或升等房型。游客可以选择接受调整或退费，但一旦出票后则无法异动行程。

健康和个人用品：旅行中，游客需要注意补充水分、防晒和保暖，携带个人药品、换洗衣物和用品。行李最好以软包为主，且不超过7公斤为原则。建议携带墨镜、遮阳帽、防晒霜、雨具、相机、防寒外套、饮用水、穿著舒适的步行鞋和衣裤，以确保旅程的舒适和安全。

不可抗拒的因素：如果因个人原因、罢工、政治因素、战争、灾难、天气或其他不可抗拒的因素导致额外费用，本公司将不承担任何责任。这些因素可能会对旅程造成变动，游客需要理解并自行承担相应的费用。

旅行计划变动：本公司保留更改旅行计划的权利，例如行程中可能因车辆故障或其他因素而导致行程变动。此外，任何私人物品的遗失或损坏、人员伤亡以及协力厂商的协定受损，本公司也不承担任何责任。
