在ニンビン的热门散策・まち歩きツアー

가족여행으로 7명이 갔는데 여행코스도 좋았지만 한국어 쓰시는 가이드 분이 끝까지 책임감 있게 안내해주셔서 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 날씨도 그리 덥지 않았고 집 앞에서 투어버스 타고 바이딘사원, 짱안보트투어, 항무아까지 모든 일정이 다 좋았습니다. (뷔페식사는 사람이 많고 음식 퀄리티가 별로였음) 특히 다음날 식당부터 일정까지 친절하게 답변해주신 나나 가이드님 너무 감사했어요👍

交通渋滞で迎えは遅れましたが、その後のツアーはホアルー、サイクリング、ランチ、チャンアン、ムア洞窟と充実していました！ ムア洞窟の階段はとても急です。 ガイドさんも頑張っていてよかったです。

The whole tour was well organised and tour guide Tim was very friendly and caring. He’s been looking after my 80 years old Mum very well. Limousine van was very comfortable and clean and driver was great. The only downside was the tour lunch food wasn’t very clean as my son had food poisoning afterwards. Otherwise this would be a perfect trip.

23인승 리무진인데, 버스가 좀 작았어요.

ドライバーさんと日本語ガイドさんが終日着いてきてくれるので柔軟に対応してもらえました。小雨だったのでサイクリングはなしになって早め解散になったのですが、ツアーじゃなきゃ絶対来れない村や田舎道が見れたり、村のおばちゃんが漕いでくれるボートに乗れたり大変面白かったです。道では水牛やアヒルを見る機会もありました。 日本語ガイドの方もすごく頑張ってくださってました。ガイドさんの人柄の良さで村のいろんな人と話しながら普通に建物に入っていくので驚きましたが、村の方々の暮らしを見せてもらうことができました。 途中休憩で大きなお土産屋さんに寄ったり、ベトナム料理のバイキングのお店にも寄ったりします。 ハノイ滞在日数に余裕がある方は、ツアーでハノイ郊外も見にいくのは面白いと思います！

このツアーを申し込みましたが 書いている内容より200.000ドン私達ペアだけ払わされました。お寺の電気自動車代金も追加で200.000ドン払ったのに、山に登る時にまた追加で払わされました、電気自動車料金は値段こそ書いてませんでしたが、いる事は説明に有りましたが、入山チケットは20人くらい来ていたツアーの中で私たちだけが払わされたのは納得が行かない 返金して下さい

Overall we enjoyed ourselves and the bus is comfortable and right on time.

Convenient channel to book a local tour at a reasonable price, but turns out just fine. Good 1. Convenient booking system 2. Reasonably priced Room for improvement 1. The schedule was swapped without prior notice, swapping mountain climbing at Mua cave up at "noon" instead of the evening. (imagine climbing steep 500 steps up the mountain under 40+ degrees Celcius) 2. The seating on the bus is not that comfortable -- a/c couldn't fight the heat, small leg room, and since it's a small bus that's seated to its full capacity, it feels super packed. One of the couple is seated separately because the other couple prefer a more comfortable seat--no doubt why they're upset. 3. The tour guide didn't do such a great job with the arrangement/service.

pickup方式方便，可以到旅店或是local office等，來回交通全包，導遊年輕親切，不推銷不囉嗦，景點漂亮

The travel company sent confirmation letter few days before, and again on the night before, which i think is lovely. The 2 tour guide ladies (Luon and Ross) were very friendly. Luan has good knowledge on history and she explained in a fluent English. Ross was a very passion lady, kept offering helps. Both of them shown caring throughout the trip. The downside is the buffet lunch. Food is quite some varieties, but meat was rather tough and lack of taste. Fried rice is rather dry. Drinks were not included.
