First time wearing kimono and first time visiting this shop. As beginners, we expected basic guidance, but none was provided. When we asked questions, staff responded impatiently. Upon arrival, we were immediately told to pay an extra JPY 10,000 per person. The basic package selection was extremely limited, and most kimono and accessories looked old and worn. Instead of properly showing what was included, we were pressured to upgrade from the start. It felt misleading. We had no real choice but to pay extra for decent options. During hairstyling, there was constant upselling. Even stroller storage cost JPY 1,000, with the repeated response: “Yes, please pay first.” The entire experience revolved around additional charges. Not recommended.
