Very unique experience

行程舒適，導遊清晰介紹墨爾本的歷史和風景，對團友十分友善

這是當地旅行社explore Australia 帶的英文團，車子乾淨也不會太擠，我們是5個人的小團，那天剛好有2個司機兼導遊（Lachie&Michael)，其中一個人像是來學這個路線的，他們人都蠻好的，雖然我英文不是很好，沒辦法流暢溝通😅，但他們還是蠻有耐心的，會關心大家和閒聊～一大早出發，會現在一個小鎮的店休息，可以買咖啡跟早餐，店很可愛東西也不錯吃。到威爾遜岬灣後會先讓大家到遊客中心附近買午餐或小東西，等等爬山的時候會在折返點的景觀大石頭上野餐（吃午餐），再來會從Squeaky Beach出發走大概來回7公里的步道，建議穿好走的鞋！蠻多路段是沙子或石頭、岩石，有累，但沿路真的蠻漂亮的！回來後會開車到main beach，最後到wildlife walk 走一圈，運氣好的話可以看到袋鼠、䳘鶓和袋熊✨整體來說走蠻多路的，需要體力跟腳力，不過如果太累也可以跟導遊說，可以先自己折返回去，一路上導遊會介紹很多相關的知識，我自己是有點聽的一知半解，如果英文還行的人，會收穫滿滿哦！當初報名的時候還有點擔心，因為評論和資料不多，不過參加完是覺得很值得，體驗很好！推👍

首先先感謝這趟帶領我們小團的導遊兼司機David 哥，路途上非常照顧大家心情，沿途也會介紹風景及歷史意義。David哥非常風趣，是個服務品質很好的導遊。整趟旅程不疾不徐，時間抓的剛剛好，想拍照的地方也都會留時間拍照，並不會覺得趕。雖然有人覺得就是個風景，但我個人就是喜歡這種上車睡覺下車拍照的行程。十二門徒風景區真的蠻壯觀的，值得體驗一次。最後還是謝謝今天的導遊David，希望有機會再遇到！

The trip went well and as per the itinerary. Brighton beach and the colourful houses are beautiful. The puffing billy train is quite fun sitting with legs sticking out. The Maru zoo is nice to visit even though it costs extra. The penguin parade is a little far to see at the spectacle stand. But you can follow a few of them on the boardwalk. The unexpected thing is that the coach broke down on the road 800m away from the drop off point. I got to help pushing the car to the side of the road.

行程很放鬆，超級喜歡在湖山體驗玩雪的樂趣，導遊很專業，喜歡少人的團體活動可以參加此方案，建議可以帶一壺熱水上去湖山，記得帶泡麵，上面的販賣部不便宜，整體來說，是個很棒的體驗。

Reached out to KKDay to ask about the pickup location and time, and got the reply that they would confirm within 24 hours before the date of tour, but they didn't. About 12 hours before the supposed time 8:30-9:00am roughly when we would get picked up, I emailed both KKDay and the the tour provider company Coastal Tours Pty Ltd (I found their company name in the booking - the very last line), and told them I would be staying at my hotel and don't mind waiting at lobby for the shuttle bus for a longer time. We waited at the lobby in the morning from 8:00-9:30 but there was no tour bus to pick us up. And neither KKDay or tour provider replied my email. We had to re-plan our day schedule at Melbourne. I initiated the refund request via both APP and phone. KKDay asks me to keep waiting, until the get replies from their relevant department...... 6 days now till this review...
