Continue to the Old Yamaguchi Residence, a historic merchant house dating back to 1615, and discover the atmosphere of old Sakai.

Next, craft your own incense using upcycled matcha, shaping it into miniature kofun tombs and haniwa figures inspired by Sakai's ancient heritage.

Finish with a traditional matcha experience guided by a tea master, discovering the tea culture shaped by Sakai's legendary master, Sen no Rikyu.
