Begin your experience by learning about the shop’s history and the artistry of Japanese sweets and culture with a seasonal tea service. Next, enter the master's atelier and learn the basics of making wagashi. Practice the filling technique and make three seasonal wagashi with different techniques along with the master's demo.

Take memorial photos of your creations before tasting your own wagashi over special matcha selected by the master. Enjoy chatting with the master and your translator as you savor your creations.
