Begin your experience with a guided tour of the Tropical Spice Garden. See the herbs and spices grown in their natural environment and learn about their uses in local dishes.

After your tour, head to the cooking school and meet your instructor. Classes are limited to 10 people per session, allowing for a highly personalized approach at individual cooking stations.

Learn to use Asian herbs and spices in local dishes. Choose from Nyonya, Malay, Indian, Thai, or Asian vegetarian cuisine.

Learn treasured family recipes as well as tips and tricks for producing authentic, spice-laden cuisine.
