Giới thiệu sản phẩm

Our driver will pick you up from your Cruise Ship at the Kavala Port to start this dream tour, that starts with a short drive through the scenic countryside of Northern Greece, passing fertile plains and picturesque villages.

Arrive at the Lydia Baptismal Site, a serene location by the Zygaktis River, where Lydia the first Christian to convert in Europe, was baptized here by the Apostle Paul.
Visit the modern Lydia Chapel, adorned with stunning mosaics depicting biblical scenes and take your time to reflect, take photos, or participate in a short moment of prayer.

Continue to the nearby ancient city of Philippi, founded by King Philip II, father of Alexander the Great, in 356 BC.
Explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site with a certified guide and visit the important parts of this well-preserved ancient city, such as the Forum and Agora: The social, political, and commercial hub of the ancient city. You can see the shift to Christianity with the early Christian churches, such as Basilicas A and B. The Prison of Paul and Silas: Believed to be the place where Paul and Silas were imprisoned before the earthquake described in the Bible (Acts 16). Philippi is the ideal location for visitors to discover the fascinating layers of history, from Greek and Roman to Christian heritage.

Drive back to Kavala for a brief panoramic tour of this beautiful town. You can catch a glimpse of its iconic medieval aqueduct, one of Kavala's most iconic landmarks, known as the Kamares Aqueduct, which was built in the 16th century by the Ottomans, likely on top of a Roman structure. Its impressive arches dominate the cityscape and provide excellent photo opportunities. and the colorful harbor, all of which illustrate the city’s vibrant past as a crossroads of cultures. Other important sites are:

Imaret: A majestic 19th-century Ottoman building that now serves as a luxury hotel. Its architecture and history make it a unique landmark.
Halil Bey Mosque: A beautifully restored mosque with stunning views over the city and the sea.

Your private driver will then drop you off at your Cruise Ship!
