Seize a unique opportunity to paddle to one of the most exotic and beloved beaches in the Cyclades. Kolona is famous for its distinctive shape — a narrow strip of sand flanked on both sides by crystal-clear waters. Along the route, explore hidden sea caves and relax in natural hot springs, making your trip truly special.


The itinerary:


Starting point: Episkopi Beach, a long, welcoming sandy shore, ideal for setting off with your kayak.

Paddling time: About 20 minutes to the ancient harbor of Vriokastro, a prehistoric settlement that whispers history, and about 30 more minutes to Kolona.

Things to do: Go snorkeling and swim in crystal-clear waters, discovering secret caves and marine life.

Main attraction: Reach the iconic beach of Kolona, known for its unique formation — a sand dune that connects two points on land.

Rejuvenation: Take a dip in the natural thermal springs and then enjoy a local picnic with fresh produce and stories shared by an experienced tour guide.
