Next, visit the Agios Gerasimos Monastery, the island's largest and most revered spiritual site. Here, you’ll discover its deep historical significance and serene atmosphere.

From there, venture into the depths of Drogarati Cave, an awe-inspiring subterranean world of glistening stalactites and stalagmites—nature's art at its finest. Afterward, take a journey to the Cave of the Nymphs, also known as Melissani Lake. This mystical underground lake is a sight to behold, with its crystal-clear waters and enchanting ambiance.

Continue to the charming and cosmopolitan village of Fiscardo, where time seems to stand still. Unscathed by the great earthquake of 1953, this picturesque village maintains its Venetian-style architecture, lively harbor, and quaint, hidden treasures just waiting to be explored.

  • Know Before You Go: The boats at Lake Melissani are 12-person rowboats with a rower. Passengers might encounter crowds when boarding during the peak season in July and August.

  • Know Before You Go: To preserve the natural environment and protect the site, swimming in the Lake is not allowed for visitors.

  • Know Before You Go: Visitors to Drogarati Cave must negotiate approximately 150 steep steps carved out of cave rock.

  • Know Before You Go: This tour is not suitable for cruise passengers due to time constraints. We recommend considering other options that better accommodate your schedule.

  • Know Before You Go: We do not provide pick up from Lixouri Area. If you are staying in Lixouri and you wish to attend this excursion pick up is at Argostoli Port. For this tour, pick-up service is not available from the villages of Agia Efimia, Sami, Fiscardo, and Assos due to their location outside our designated pick-up zones.
