Next, visit a traditional olive oil mill with a guided tour explaining ancient and modern production methods, followed by a free tasting of olive oil and local products. Continue with a guided walk through a nearby ghost village, frozen in time and surrounded by mountain scenery.

Enjoy a scenic drive through olive groves, dirt tracks, and quiet mountain roads. Along the way, keep an eye out for local wildlife such as sheep, goats, and birds of prey.

Finally, enjoy free time in the lush riverside village of Fodele, birthplace of El Greco. Explore local shops, walk through the village, or taste the famous freshly squeezed orange juice.
