Set off from Mononaftis for an unforgettable buggy adventure through the Cretan countryside, timed perfectly to experience the island during the beautiful golden hours of the evening.

Leave the busy coastal roads behind and follow scenic routes through the mountains and nature surrounding Agia Pelagia. Drive along winding mountain paths, discover panoramic viewpoints, and enjoy spectacular views across the Cretan landscape and the sea as the afternoon light slowly begins to change.

Along the way, visit a traditional olive oil museum and discover one of Crete’s most important traditions. Learn how olives have been harvested and transformed into olive oil over the generations, see how the production process has evolved, and enjoy a complimentary tasting of local Cretan olive oil.

Back behind the wheel, the adventure continues towards Agios Vasilis, where a narrow off-road track takes you deeper into the rugged Cretan landscape. Feel the buggy beneath you as you navigate dusty trails, natural terrain, and hidden paths away from the usual tourist routes.

As the sun moves lower in the sky, make your way towards the coast and the beautiful, almost remote East Beach. Here, the landscape changes once again as you take your buggy onto the sand for a unique beach-driving experience.

Then it is time to slow down. With the buggies parked by the sea, enjoy one of the most beautiful moments of the tour as the golden light spreads across the water and the sun slowly sinks towards the horizon. Take in the peaceful atmosphere, capture unforgettable photos, or simply enjoy the moment with the person beside you.

  • Know Before You Go: Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. A minimum of 15 minutes is required for check-in, safety instructions and preparation. Participants arriving less than 15 minutes before departure cannot join the tour.

  • Know Before You Go: The itinerary and exact sunset stop may be adjusted depending on weather, road and safety conditions.

  • Know Before You Go: Each Buggy has 2 places. The vehicle price is 130 EUR. You can either share a buggy or drive one on your own. You will find two booking options at your choice "shared buggy" and "single driver". In both cases you need to book for all participants.
