At Domaine Cédric Vincent, situated in the hills above Pouilly-le-Monial in the heart of the Pierres Dorées, enjoy an enriching discussion about the Beaujolais world of a unique winemaker: his family history, his lands, his heritage, his landscapes, his gastronomy, and of course his wines...

Laurence will tell you about the specifics of the complex work of the vineyard, amplified by organic and biodynamic practices, in a desire to create atypical wines with character.

After a visit to the cellar, where you will be shown the vinification process, particularly the aging in amphorae, you can taste up to 4 wines from the estate's range: Beaujolais whites and reds, St Amour, Morgon, Moulin-à-Vent, and Bourgogne Blanc.
