Set out along O‘ahu’s west coast for an unforgettable evening of whale watching and sunset sailing. As the day softens into dusk, the ocean becomes a stage for some of Hawaii’s most captivating wildlife moments. This small-group cruise is designed for those who appreciate both the thrill of humpback whale encounters and the peaceful beauty of the Pacific at sunset.

During peak season from December to April, watch for powerful displays like breaches, tail slaps, and competitive groups, as well as quiet moments between mothers and calves. When conditions allow, listen to whale song through the onboard hydrophone for an immersive experience. Dolphins, seabirds, and other marine life may also make appearances as the coastline shifts into evening.

With only 6–8 guests onboard, you’ll enjoy a relaxed, uncrowded setting. The marine naturalist crew shares insights into whale behavior, migration, and the importance of Hawaii’s breeding grounds. As the sun lowers, winds often ease and the ocean takes on a tranquil energy, offering a perfect contrast to the excitement of wildlife activity.

No in-water activities are included, allowing everyone to focus on wildlife viewing and the changing light.
