Your culinary experience begins with simple techniques that highlight Italy’s love for quality ingredients. Guided by expert chefs who make every step engaging and easy to follow, you’ll prepare a complete traditional menu: fresh pasta, tomato sauce, risotto and, the king of Italian dessert, the tiramisù.

Knead and shape fresh pasta, stir a creamy risotto made with local rice, and whip up a delicious tiramisù, learning the secrets behind each iconic recipe. The atmosphere is relaxed and social, making it easy to learn, laugh, and enjoy the experience.
