Wine, Trulli and winery: an exciting golf cart ride through ancient vineyards and nature｜Italy

The tour includes a golf cart excursion through the vineyards and olive groves to reach the Saracen trulli and an immersive stroll through the Signor P vineyard and the rural Apulian countryside, surrounded by the scent of the Mediterranean scrub. Here, a first tasting of the Bollicina Brut Bio will be set up, paired with baked goods. Then we return to the farm by golf cart and begin the tour of the winery with a visit to the office area, the meeting room with a panoramic view of our vineyards, and a demonstration of the production area and the grape processing machines. This is followed by entry to the wine cellar in the area of the steel tanks, and to the barrel cellar in the most precious area of the wine cellar. You will learn where our best wines are aged in oak barrels, vats, tonneaux, and barriques, as well as about our recent experimentation with ceramic jars specially made by artisan potters from Grottaglie. This is followed by a visit to the exhibition rooms of the historic building of the masseria and a food tasting of 3 select labels, paired with typical local products, local baked goods, and dairy products from a local farm with its own livestock. Total duration of the experience: 2 hours.
