Enjoy an authentic experience at the heart of Calabrian gastronomic tradition, savoring true Italian cuisine, recognized as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.
The activity begins with a walk to the local market, where you will learn to recognize the typical produce of the area and personally choose the fresh ingredients together with the host.

After the market, transfer to the kitchen for a traditional cooking class, during which we will prepare traditional Calabrian dishes using the ingredients purchased.
During the class, you will learn about recipes, techniques and interesting facts related to Calabrian cuisine, passed down through generations.

At the end, you can enjoy the dishes prepared, accompanied by local wine, in a convivial atmosphere.
You will be guided by an expert local host throughout the experience.
