The experience takes place as follows:

Guests will be provided with an apron and hairnet before entering a real production laboratory, where they will become the true protagonists of the experience.

Visit of the dairy facility
Explanation of the production processes
Live demonstration by a Master Cheesemaker, including curd stretching and hand-shaping of different types of cheese
Hands-on experience: guests will try making mozzarella, braids, and other shapes themselves, guided by a qualified Master Cheesemaker (a true cheese-making class)
Seated tasting featuring a selection of cheeses from the dairy, accompanied by local cured meats, wine, homemade bread, and water

Duration: approximately 2 hour + tasting
