I will welcome you near the natural truffle orchard where we will go to look for white and/or black truffles. You'll fall in love with our wonderful trained dogs thanks to their skills and friendliness. We will give you a lot of historical and naturalistic information about the place and the truffle that we will harvest. After about 1.5 hours, we will go to the Castello di Uviglie Winery, where we will perform a sensory analysis of the truffle we have harvested; we will talk about recipes, preservation, and anecdotes passed down through generations. This will be followed by a small aperitif with a platter of gourmet products, and then a guided visit to the Cave di Pietra da Cantone, a very impressive place and a heritage site of the Fondo per l'Ambiente Italiano. After about 4 hours, we will say goodbye, excited to have shared so much beauty together.
