Led by a passionate local foodie, you’ll explore the heart of Roman cuisine through hidden gems loved by locals. Enjoy at least 10 tastings of authentic Italian specialities, including traditional Roman pasta, artisanal cheeses, classic Roman pizza, flavourful street food, and creamy gelato, paired with carefully selected local wines.
