Discover how the volcano shapes the wines of the Alban Hills and enter the heart of our production philosophy, where the minerality of the soil and a deep respect for nature produce balanced, unique wines with a rich identity. This sensory journey will take you from geology to the vineyard, all the way to the glass, revealing how the volcanic terroir directly influences the aromas, structure, and persistence of each label; a convivial and engaging experience, ideal as a first introduction to the world of volcanic wines. The route begins with a charming guided visit of the vineyards and the estate to experience our business firsthand, and culminates with a guided tasting of three selected glasses from our cellar — Schietto (IGT Lazio Grechetto), Caparbio (IGT Lazio Bianco), and Composto (IGT Lazio Rosso) — perfectly paired with a rich platter of local salami, artisanal cheeses, and delicious warm finger food.

  • Know Before You Go: REACH US BY METRO AND SHUTTLE: Take Metro Line C to "Pantano". Outside the station, you will find the TPL public shuttle (operated by "Corsi & Pampanelli"; private transportation is not listed on the navigator). Book and get off at the "Via delle Marmorelle" stop, located in front of the entrance to the estate. (Average time to/from Rome Termini: 50 min outbound / 50 min return).

  • Know Before You Go: REACH US BY TRAIN: From Rome Termini, take the train to "Galleria Colonna"; from there, a path of about 700 meters on foot will take you to the estate. Let us know in advance if you choose this option: the route is not shown on GPS, and we will give you the instructions. (Average time to/from Rome Termini: 50 min one way / 50 min return).

  • Know Before You Go: REACH US BY PRIVATE TRANSFER: You can request a service with a driver. We don't manage it directly, but we will give you the contact details of a partner company for pick-up at your hotel or at the station (Frascati/Colle Mattia). (Average time each way to/from Rome Termini: about 50 minutes, depending on traffic).
