This guided tour is inspired by how snowmobiles have long been an essential part of everyday life in Northern Norway: collecting water from frozen lakes, transporting firewood and supplies, and traveling between remote locations. Today, you can experience the same landscapes in a safe and guided way.

• 30 min Safety Briefing/gear preparation
• 45 min Snowmobile Experience
• 1 hour return transportation

Total duration: approximately 3,5 Hours.

What to Expect

After transportation from Tromsø. Your local guide will provide a safety briefing and provide wintersuits, boots and helmet.

You will drive a snowmobile along scenic routes inspired by traditional travel paths. The focus is on experience, nature, and safe driving — not speed. This will not be an excursion, but an easy way to experience the traditional and fun snowmobile.
