Interlaken: Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen & Mürren Tour｜Switzerland

Morning – Grindelwald: Gateway to the Giants

Your English-speaking driver will pick you up from your hotel in Interlaken and take you into the lush valley leading to Grindelwald, a village often called the cradle of alpine dreams.
The road climbs gently through meadows and rivers, with the Eiger’s dramatic north face dominating the horizon — a view that instantly sets the tone for the day.

In Grindelwald, explore the village center at an unhurried pace, where wooden chalets, mountain cafés, and panoramic views create a calm alpine rhythm.
For an immersive natural experience, visit the Glacier Gorge (Gletscherschlucht) — a striking walk through ancient rock walls carved by ice and water. The sound of rushing water and cool mountain air create a powerful sense of awe.

For those who wish to go higher, continue by cable car (optional) to Grindelwald First. At the summit, the famous First Cliff Walk stretches along the cliff edge, ending at a glass platform suspended above the valley. From here, enjoy sweeping views of the Wetterhorn, Schreckhorn, and the mighty Eiger.

Return to the village for a relaxed lunch on an open terrace, surrounded by mountain silence, distant cowbells, and fresh alpine air.

Lauterbrunnen: Valley of Waterfalls

From Grindelwald, descend into the breathtaking Lauterbrunnen Valley, framed by sheer cliffs and dozens of waterfalls cascading down like silver threads.
The iconic Staubbach Falls plunges nearly 300 meters beside the village, creating one of the most photographed scenes in Switzerland.

A cable car (optional) then carries you up to Mürren, a peaceful, car-free village perched high above the valley floor, where time seems to slow and the air feels lighter.

Mürren & Piz Gloria: Above the Clouds

Continue upward to Piz Gloria on the Schilthorn summit. At 2,970 meters, a revolving restaurant offers a 360° panorama of over 200 alpine peaks, including the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. Enjoy lunch or dessert as the world slowly turns beneath you — a legendary setting made famous by the James Bond film.

Back in Mürren, stroll through quiet lanes lined with wooden chalets and flower-filled balconies.

Trümmelbach Falls & Return

Before returning to Interlaken, visit Trümmelbach Falls — ten powerful waterfalls hidden inside the mountain. Accessible by tunnels and walkways, this dramatic finale reveals the raw force of glacial water deep within the rock.

The return drive follows the peaceful valley road as evening light softens the peaks, bringing you back to Interlaken with unforgettable memories of the Alps.
