Guided by an experienced instructor, master the essential secret of quality chocolate making, including proper tempering for the perfect shine and crisp snap. Try exciting filling combinations, including sour cherry compote, poppy seed ganache, smooth hazelnut filling, and refreshing passion fruit with vanilla.

Mold, fill, and seal your own chocolate bonbons. Create an impressive collection of approximately 30 pieces to take home, along with complete recipes so you can easily prepare these luxury treats for your family and friends.

All premium chocolate, fresh ingredients, and professional equipment are provided. All you need to bring is a good mood and a passion for sweets.
