In this experience, we'll gather in my cosy Galway kitchen overlooking Galway Bay, make healthy chocolate truffles from scratch, and enjoy meaningful conversations about the things that matter in life.

As we mix, shape and decorate our truffles, each stage of the process becomes a gentle invitation to reflect. Choosing our ingredients, we explore what truly goes into a happy life - and what we sometimes forget to include. Rolling the truffles by hand, we consider how much of our lives we're actively shaping and how much we're letting happen. As we sit down with tea and taste what we've created together, we think about savouring the moment.

Our conversations often wander through topics such as happiness, relationships, connection, purpose and the quiet challenges of modern life. Every group is different, so each experience takes its own direction. I simply ask a few thoughtful questions, create a welcoming atmosphere, and let the conversation unfold naturally.
