Explore the 14th-century fortified townhouse castle with battlements, arrow loops, and a murder hole, then continue through the Heritage Centre’s modern galleries and exhibits. Discover the Writers’ Gallery, celebrating Joyce, Beckett, Maeve Binchy, Bono, and other local icons.

Visit St. Begnet’s Church, the Early Christian site on which the town was founded, and learn how Dalkey’s harbor once served merchants and voyagers from across Europe.

The experience continues with a scenic coastal walk led by your expert guide, revealing sweeping views over Dalkey Island, Sorrento Terrace, and Dublin Bay’s dramatic shoreline.
