Choose the 2-hour option to explore the Old Town and Temple Bar with a fun-loving Private Guide who knows the best kept secrets of Dublin’s nightlife. This walking tour will be full of interesting stories, urban legends and typical Irish humor. You will hear the popular Irish song about Molly Malone and see some of Dublin’s most iconic Georgian landmarks, such as St. Andrew’s Church and Trinity College.

The main highlight of this tour will be exploring Temple Bar, the heart of Dublin’s nightlife. This is where you will find the best bars, pubs and restaurants in town, including the legendary Temple Bar pub. You can ask your 5-Star Guide to order you a drink at a bar if you wish (at your own expense), and learn how to toast like an Irishman. The tour will end in front of the Jameson Distillery Bow St., a historic site commemorating Irish Whiskey.

Choose the 3-hour option to enhance your private tour of Temple Bar, Dublin with a public whiskey tasting tour at the Jameson Distillery Bow St. Skip-the-line tickets are included, so your seat is guaranteed. During the 45-minute tour of the former distillery you will learn about the ‘Grain to Glass’ process and enjoy a comparative whiskey tasting (non-alcoholic drinks are available) of their flagship whiskey. The ticket also includes a drink at JJ’s Bar. It’s the best place to taste original Jameson, one of the best selling Irish whiskeys.

Choose the 4-hour option to book private transfers with the 2-hour walking tour of Temple Bar combined with whisky tasting tour of Jameson Distillery Bow St. This option includes a 1-hour round-trip transfer with pickup and drop-off at your accommodation, a 2-hour walking tour of Temple Bar with a Private Guide, and a 45-minute public tour of the Jameson Distillery Bow St. By booking private transfers in advance you can feel safe about having a drink or two during your amazing whiskey experience.

Skip-the-line tickets are reserved for a specific time slot. If this event is sold out on the day of your tour, we may replace it with a similar activity at the Irish Whiskey Museum.

  • Know Before You Go: The legal drinking age in Ireland is 18. Minors may be refused entry to pubs and will not be offered alcoholic drinks.
