Together, several traditional Iranian dishes are prepared and cooked step by step. Learn how spices are used, how flavors are balanced, and how simple techniques transform ingredients into comforting, home-style meals. Along the way, personal stories and cultural traditions connected to each dish are shared.

Once the food is ready, the group sits down together to enjoy the meal, just like at home. This experience is about cooking, learning, and connecting through Iranian food and culture.

Practical details: The experience starts and ends at Mairie d’Aubervilliers (Metro Line 12). Requests to cook a specific dish must be made at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
