It's also the smells of alpine cheeses, the warmth of a Savoy wine, the artisanal chocolates that melt slowly, the steaming soups, the traditional pies, and all these products that tell of centuries of life at the foot of Mont-Blanc.

I'll take you to my favorite places, the ones I really go to myself:
passionate artisans, small mountain houses, producers who perpetuate ancient gestures, confidential places where you immediately feel at home. Traditional cheese factory, local wine cellar, chocolate maker, locally roasted coffee, mountain pastry shop... Each step is carefully chosen.

We'll taste, we'll talk, and we'll discover the history of high-altitude recipes together: How mountain people preserved food in the middle of winter, why aged cheeses are so closely linked to mountain pastures, how certain pastries came to be, which local wines go with mountain dishes, and why Savoyard cuisine is deeply linked to the climate.
