Your tour begins with a fun and humorous 10-minute video that tells the story of our biscuit factory and the famous Palet Solognot. Right from this first stop, you will enjoy a tasting of our specialties, accompanied by carefully selected fruit juices or local wines.

The tour continues in the “Corridor of Secrets,” where we reveal our expertise and share a few production anecdotes that contribute to the richness of our artisanal recipes.

Finally, the tour concludes in the shop with a comprehensive tasting of all our products. This is the perfect opportunity to sample all of our biscuits and take home a delicious souvenir of your visit.
