Giới thiệu sản phẩm

Travel England Tours Ltd is a multi-award-winning tour experience company. Collection from your London-picked location. We head west out of the city towards Oxford. And we
begin your Cotswolds adventure with a visit to the captivating city of Oxford, renowned for its prestigious university and splendid architecture. Delve into the rich history of the "City of Dreaming Spires" as you explore its charming streets.

Stow-on-the-Wold is one of the best-known towns in the Cotswolds, famous for its honey-coloured stone buildings, antique shops, cosy pubs, and historic market square.

Next, venture to Stow-on-the-Wold, a captivating market town and civil parish in Gloucestershire. Perched atop an 800-foot hill, this town intersects main roads through the Cotswolds, including the historic Fosse Way of Roman origin. Discover the town's history, founded by Norman lords to absorb trade from the roads converging there. Stop for lunch at this wonderful medieval town,

Market Square — historic centre surrounded by inns and independent shops
St Edward's Church — known for its atmospheric north door framed by ancient yew trees (The Lord of the Rings)
Antique stores and art galleries throughout the town
Traditional Cotswold pubs and tea rooms

Continue to the villages of Upper and Lower Slaughter, where you’ll be enchanted by the tiny River Eye, a tributary to the River Windrush. Stroll alongside the stream in Lower Slaughter, a village with a history dating back to the Doomsday Book of 1086. Visit Lower Slaughter Mill & Café, and enjoy the serene atmosphere.

The name “Slaughter” derives from the Old English slothre, meaning “muddy place.” Despite its name, the village has long been associated with peace and prosperity, supported by its location in the fertile Cotswold countryside.

Visit and lay flowers at St Martin's Church in Bladon, which is the burial place of Winston Churchill. He was buried there in January 1965 after his state funeral at St Paul's Cathedral. His wife, Clementine Churchill, was later buried beside him.

The grave is notably modest and lies in the Churchill family plot, alongside his parents, Lord Randolph Churchill and Jennie Jerome, and his five children
