Edinburgh: Pickering's Gin Jolly Tour, Cocktail & Tasting｜United Kingdom

Learn all there is to know about gin and its unique distillation process on a Pickering's Gin Distillery tour at Summerhall in Edinburgh.
Hear about how the distillery was created, discover the hidden history of gin through the ages and enjoy a freshly made cocktail to highlight your tasting.
Meet and greet Gertrude and Emily, the two stills – possibly in steaming action.
In the next room, you will be walked through a tutored tasting where you can share your thoughts and feelings about your favourite drink with the group.
To finish the tour in style, a perfectly poured G&T will wait for you.

If your group exceeds 8 guests, please arrange a private tour. Groups of 8+ who book on to a public tour in separate bookings may be refused entry with no refund.
This tour is for 18+ only. We are unable to serve or allow people under the influence of alcohol into our distillery. Should your guide believe you to be under the influence, they reserve the right to refuse you with no refund.
