Giới thiệu sản phẩm

We depart from 190 High Street, on Edinburgh's Royal Mile. The first stop is Blackness Castle, "the ship that never sailed." A 15th-century fortress, it served as a port for Linlithgow and became one of the most advanced artillery fortifications of the time. Today it is well preserved. Outlander fans will recognize Fort William from the exteriors or the scene where Jamie Fraser is almost whipped to death. Only an external visit is planned.

We then visit Midhope Castle, or Lallybroch, the legendary home of Jamie Fraser. A 16th-century tower and a pilgrimage site for fans eager to relive exciting moments. Ticket not included.

Then there's Linlithgow Palace, one of the main residences of the Scottish monarchs between the 15th and 16th centuries. James V and Mary Queen of Scots were born here. From 1603, it ceased to be a royal residence, despite renovations in the French Renaissance style. Bonnie Prince Charlie visited it in 1745, and it was later burned by the troops of the Duke of Cumberland. Today, the palace stands majestically near a lake, surrounded by meadows meadows and woods. In Outlander, it served as Wentworth Prison.

We continue with the village of Doune and Doune Castle, one of the most popular attractions in the area. A medieval fortress and residence of the Duke of Albany, it has changed little over time and is ideal for films and series such as Monty Python, Game of Thrones and Outlander. Ticket not included.

Next is Culross, a 17th-century village on the north bank of the Firth of Forth. Narrow streets, well-kept cottages, and the yellow Culross Castle create a timeless atmosphere. Outlander fans will recognize Cranesmuir, the Procurator's house, and the palace gardens as Claire's garden. The views are spectacular.

The last stop is Falkland, a 16th-century village in Fife. Cobbled streets and colorful houses transport you to another era. Falkland Palace dominates the village with its Renaissance architecture and historic gardens. Outlander fans will recognize several exteriors. Strolling through Falkland and admiring the valley makes the visit memorable.

Return to Edinburgh after visiting some of the most iconic locations from Outlander, amidst history, landscapes, and imagination.
