For beginners, build your confidence being upside down in your boat, learn the principles of an efficient roll, and get to work on making it happen. For those who can already roll, assess your current standard and look to improve your existing technique and set challenges to elevate your roll in a safe and controlled manner.

Receive personalized coaching to ensure your roll is based on solid and safe foundations for all your coming adventures.

The skill of rolling can take a while to master, and we do not guarantee everyone will get it on their first time. We do guarantee a progressive lesson from your development stage.

  • Know Before You Go: Customers should arrive already in the correct clothing for their trip, and expect to change using a towel or changing robe after the session has finished.
